Resort Sales Coordinator
Role Summary
The Resort Sales Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of the Sales function within the Sales & Marketing team. Reporting to the In Resort Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will provide key support through administering, updating and maintaining sales contracts, sales reporting, providing general administrative support to the In Resort Sales Manager and Sales Representatives, ensuring that wholesale, group and wedding contracts are executed within established service standards and guest expectations, and coordinating with other internal stakeholders as required.

Critical Deliverables
? Effective and efficient administration and coordination of the Sales function through contract administration, group, tour and wedding event execution, sales reporting, liaison with internal operational partners, and follow up with clients ? Provides general support to the Sales Representatives and In Resort Sales Manager
Accountabilities
? Provide administrative and business support to the sales team ? Develop, update, and maintain sales contracts for new and existing clients ? Liaise with Marketing Coordinator to ensure sales team have adequate updated collateral as needed ? Coordinate sales packages and presentations ? Maintain pricing and packaging grids and sheets to update website, KHC and internal partners ? Assist in arranging travel and preparing expense reports for Sales Representatives and In-Resort Sales Manager ? Coordinate group, wedding and wholesale delivery, communicating actively with internal stakeholders and ensuring that events and contracts are delivered to guest expectations ? Update function sheets as needed ? Assist sales team in following up with customers and clients and participating in outbound communications ? Track sales for various channels against established targets, reporting for regular meetings ? Assist team in the creation of the annual Sales Plan, track and update group on annual initiatives to ensure execution of the Sales strategy ? Provide coordination of networking, conference and other business development opportunities ? Provide wedding and event coordination in partnership with operational managers (Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Mountain Operations, Maintenance, Mountain School & Retail) ? Perform regular maintenance to ensure sales database is up to date and customer information is tracked
Requirements
? 2 years previous experience support or assisting a sales department, team or function within a professional organization ? Previous experience utilizing customer relationship management or database programs ? Fluency and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required ? Minimum 1 year previous experience in event coordination, assistance and/or fulfillment ? Previous experience updating and administering sales contracts ? Previous experience within the resort, hotel, tour, travel or recreation industry a strong asset ? Post secondary education (degree, certificate, or diploma) in Sales, Marketing, Recreation, Business, Commerce or related field an asset ? Previous experience in food & beverage, catering, or wedding coordination an asset

Working Conditions & Occupational Requirements
? Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends ? Standard office environment with standing, light lifting, and some computer work required ? May be exposed to severe weather conditions on resort (snow, cold, wind) and must be able to access all resort locations, including mid-mountain locations
